- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They really screwed up my flex spending account by overcharging me for my visits. I ended up having to repay my flex account and now I cant get my money out of them. It is not much but its just the idea that they made me pay twice for their services. I waited six months for the money they told me they would refund once my insurance ran it through. Then when it never came, I called them about it. They were able to quote me the exact figure they owed me and asked me if I wanted them to send it to me. I could not believe they had to ask. And why did I have to call and ask. That money should have been sent to me as soon as they got the check from my insurance company.August 18, 2017by A Google User
