- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have used Dr. Hornell for about 4 years and really was pleased with his care. About a month ago I got a letter from him that stated very vaguely that he was taking a leave of absence and I would be cared for by the available staff. I called the office to see where he went and how long he would be gone and was just told he left to be with his family. My wife get a letter today about her doctor was moving to another location and just happen to see Dr Allen Hornell's name listed as one of the associates at this new location in Ft Worth! Not sure what has happened, but I wonder how many other patients were just abandoned like me!September 28, 2017by Lee Rodriguez
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Hornell is the best! He takes the time to sit down and discuss anything I have going on whether it is just a routine, well-woman visit or I am sick. I don't feel like he is rushing through to get to the next patient. He has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!July 05, 2017by Wendy Field
