  Absolutely a disgrace to the medical world. Refused to call for credit card information, "dismissed" a patient for requesting. Stated patients responsibility to notify insurance and discuss copay, they will only look at what insurance says. Extremely rude office manager, dismissed patient then stated they will no longer see anyone in family due to wufe forgetting payment method, even stated they was calling referring doctor to let them know they would no longer see my wife. What a joke!

  I have no idea why this establishment has an answering service! I called twice this weekend, because I threw my back out. I wanted to know if I went to the emergency room, and got a shot for the pain, if it would get me "kicked out of the program ", because that's what I was threatened with before, because I went to the dentist with an infected TOOTH, was given Tylenol 3 with codeine and an antibiotic. The PA said if I come in there again with any other pain med on board, that I would be kicked out. One of those instances was 15 days before I was ever seen in the beginning. After i get the nerves carterised in my back, I hope to be done with this place!!! Not professional at all a out some things. I'm 59 years old and never want to be treated like a drug addict again.
